Never be so proud that you can’t say, “I don’t know”. You don’t throw in the towel just because something stumps you, challenges help you grow.
I don’t understand…I am not clear. I don’t get the joke. There are moments where we are just not clear as to what to do or where to go. Hard enough dealing with all the curve balls that life throws at you on a regular basis, now you’ve caught a ball you have no idea what to do with. It throws you off balance, but you have the ability to come back to center.
How many times have we been given a situation that just didn’t make sense and we, in response, either didn’t respond or winged it? I guess how you proceed depends on how you choose your battles. Yet, there are situations that simply have to be confronted and dealt with but if you don’t comprehend how this situation came to be and now you have to deal with it – you are going to need a moment to collect yourself.
Don’t stay confused, please stay on course with attempting to get things straight. So many things are out of place in our lives, in the lives of others, at work and in this world. Not all of those situations require your intervention, just the ones that are yours to handle need your attention. Look at the situations you have handled in the past, see if there are similarities and pull from your wisdom to face what is going on now.
So, no you can’t walk away. Also, you can’t pass this off to someone else. This little gift all yours, you are unwrapping it and realizing you need much more than a gift receipt, hell you need to speak to the manufacturer! So as you take off the ribbon, the tape and the paper, I want you do realize something – you may not be confused. The situation itself needs to be organized and put in place, you may the person that is assigned through fate to do just that. Still want to give this gift back? Don’t, the challenge the situation presents is going to prove to be a greater investment in your personal growth, why give that up? Identify your role and then proceed.
As you peel away the layers of this situation, we have to recall that so much has happened to help you prepare to deal with this. You have a tool set, you may have to rummage around the tool box to find the right utensil to get the job done, just think it all through – just don’t use a spatula to change a spark plug. Made myself clear yet?
Stay positive during these moments, be assured that you have the strength and ability to overcome much more than you ever imagined. Life gets insane sometimes or all the time. You don’t have the option of running away or hiding – and nothing blows over. It simply simmers until it bubbles up again. So regardless of how much you try to get away from situation, it will pop up again and you will find yourself realizing that this is a lesson you are destined to learn.
